Our new technical development engineer from Europe arrived.
His name is Ben Lieverthuis, he is from Holland and will be working at our technical department in Ningbo.
Especially to assist our Chinese engineers with his long experience in Pneumatics.
He started to work in Pneumatics in 1989 and worked with some big German Pneumatic Brands.
Pneumission develops a lot of Pneumatic components according to customer’s drawings; the high level of German trained engineers always has brought us high quality solutions.
For example this month we are working very hard on developing the best cylinder for an extreme dirty and aggressive environment.
The usual solution will be full stainless steel 316 with Viton seals and a smooth round surface. But in this case the pricing must be absolutely LOW.
So we are investigating Plastic (PE) cylinder tube and to make round end caps from Plastic bar. A special nose seal and new piston construction will also be needed.
