Cylinder production in our Xikou factory.

Hereby we give you a short impression of some of the production areas in our cylinder factory.

You can find that we do some extra work on our cylinders that other manufacturers are not putting the effort in.

For example all the cylinder tubes are machined after cutting.

This ensures a straight and smooth surface.

The machined parts are cleaned carefully in an ultrasonic bath.

Also we give a galvanized treatment to the die cast components.

Mounting of the cylinders takes place in a separate clean area only used for assembling.

Every single cylinder is tested at a minimum of 10 bar.

They are tested even under water to ensure there is absolutely no leakage.

Testing is done by trained QC workers.
